How to root your OnePlus Device

First of all, you need to make sure you have a custom recovery installed

1) Save this SuperSU zip or Magisk zip to your phone's internal storage:

SuperSU - Magisk
(I recommend Magisk over SuperSU)

2) Boot into recovery mode (POWER + VOLUME DOWN)

3) Click Install

4) Select the SuperSU OR Magisk zip and Swipe to confirm flash
DO NOT FLASH MORE THAN ONE

5) Once done, Wipe Dalvik/ART Cache and Cache and reboot

To verify root, install Root Checker from the Play Store
